Paul Parker has over 16 years experience in the information systems business and has specialized in leading edge technology consulting, with a recent emphasis on data based, web enabled applications. He provides consulting services for software engineering at the level of project management, applications architecture and engineering, business analyst, technical manager and senior programmer.

Paul's business analysis expertise coupled with his wide breadth of technical expertise, ensures his business solutions and consulting are highly effective in solving the business problem at hand. His technical expertise covers a wide range of technology including SQL Server, Oracle, MS Access, Visual Basic, VBA, SQL, ActiveX, Crystal Reports, ODBC, HTML, ASP, and Visual Interdev.

Clients Paul has consulted with are Noranda, Ontario Hydro, Telemedia, Bombardier and the Ontario Government. He has been a practicing consultant since 1992 and prior to that held various technical management positions with Cognos, CGI, Ministry of Government Services, Addiction Research Foundation and the Toronto Sun Corporation.

Paul holds a BA from University College Dublin, and maintains his technical currency with several certificate and diploma designations from George Brown College and Centennial College in Toronto.
