Mike Camastra

With over 20 years experience in the Information Technology and Systems industry, Michael Camastra has a unique blend of Project Management and implementation experience across a wide spectrum of public and private sector business. Mike has spent a better part of his career in the telecommunications, distribution, retail and health care industries.

Michael brings expert advice to the areas of: large LAN and WAN rollout project management and logistics control; systems integration for retail and distribution operations especially in the areas of inventory control and financial accounting; NT and Unix software development for financial control systems, and telecommunications switch interface systems.

Prior to founding MPC Associates Ltd., Mike honed his consulting skills at various consulting firms, including GSA Consulting, Toronto Executive Consultants, Dean Ponce and Associates and Cognos Inc. He has provided consulting services to CGI, Bell Canada, NBTel, MT&T, Newfoundland Telephone and Bermuda Telephone. He has also joint managed implementation projects with Andersen Consulting for Nynex and Norwegian Telecom.

Mike holds an Honours Bachelor of Mathematics with a major in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo, is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
